FrSky RC is looking for a full-time Technical Support for our North American Center in Brea, CA.
- Answer customer emails and calls and keep a log
- Repair warranty products and conduct final checks
- Test new firmware and new hardware
- Computer data entry (ability to learn to use an ERP system like Odoo)
- Communicate with China technical support team to work out solutions and give feedback on product issues
Skills: Preferred R/C experience, technical experience, patience, communication, resourceful, dedication, integrity
